Refund and Returns Policy

At SmileLuis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy ensures that you can return products easily within a specified period.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Certain items, such as perishable goods or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return Items

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@smileluis.com or call (616) 451-3236. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the returned item is received. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to opened or used items, personalized items, or gift cards.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing time, check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, please contact us, and we will investigate.

9. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee may be applied to returned items. This will be clearly stated in the return instructions.
